Specially:Good bearing capacity, heat intensity and tempering resistance, preferable hardness, intensity and harden ability in high temperature, excellent heat resistance.
Use: Convex and concave mold of high stress but no shock load in high temperature, making big bend and draw stress mold, making cut tools in high temperature.
Heat treatment:
Quench: 1050-1100°C oil cooling, HRC49-52
Tempering: 550-650°C double treating. two hours every time, HRC40-50
Anneal : isothermal annealing heating temperature 840-880°C,isothermal temperature 720-740°C.HB≤241.
